By now you know what telekinesis is. It is very crucial for bending. And although it may be difficult to do, it pays off when you get to bending. Unlike chi techniques, there is only one telekinesis technique. So once you can do telekinesis, you dont have to learn anything else new about it.
Telekineis is a very simply explained technique, but it takes a lot of practice to get down. The thing about telekinesis that most people dont know, is that your chi is linked with it. The stronger your chi, the stronger your telekinesis will be. Even though telekinesis is a completely different technique, it is still linked with the strength of your chi. Something that I find is very useful to practice telekinesis on, is a psi wheel. You can make this out of everyday household objects. All you need is paper, an eraser, and a needle. To start telekinesis, you will need to do a simple meditation. Close your eyes, and breath in and out. Relax, and dont think about anything. When you can focus on nothing but the blackness behind your eyes, open them up. Try to maintain your focus throughout this whole technique.
Now, place your hand somewhat near the psi wheel. Not too close, or else your body heat will make it turn, and we want telekinesis to turn the wheel not your body heat. Feel your hand moving the psi wheel. If it helps, you can slowly move your hand while doing this. Simply feel your hand moving the object. This technique relies heavily on the sense of touch. Closing your eyes and visualizing the object move will not do you any good. Dont imagine the object moving either. Just feel it moving. Like chi control, this is a very hard technique to explain. But once you figure it out, it will be easy to practice it. The more you attempt at this technique, the easier it will get. Dont practice chi techniques as a substitution for practicing telekinesis. They are two completely different techniques, but their source is the same. It's just like going for a jog. The source is still your chi, but you cant go for a jog as a substitution for practicing chi techniques.
